been too busy at work to really read this :( but i am LOVING this so far. much like the first this feels like it was written for me specifically, except where the first was beautiful descriptions of winter we have a girl who grew up with a people who lived among the barrows of their long-dead kings of old. & then vanye & morgaine show up, a perfect mirror of what our protag thinks is a barrow-king & goddess of death
