For now it seems like a book I'll enjoy. Mystery, small and isolated community, religion/theology, atmosphere... It's all there. What I might not like is the Ex Inquisitor (main character?), he seems to be a Batman type of a character, too smart, too observant and all of that, too fantastical for this type of a story. We'll see where theological discussions will go - down the path of importance or being generic.
