Okay random rant time.
I hate hate HATE when books are overtaken by a romantic ’side’ plot. It happens so often and it pisses me off. Like I can and WILL read romance books, but the books have to be properly labeled ffs. If I picked up a book for the main plot and the romantic side plot ends up taking up so much of the book that the actual plot becomes irrelevant I will hate that book.
