this book only got kind of interesting around the 60% mark and there's still a more than 50% chance that the author is somehow gonna screw up the ending

i feel decently confident i know how this is going to end and im not at all amazed by any part of this book. but i feel like ive gotten so far that im starting to get summit fever. ugh.
