Oh my god, this book is so slow 😫I understand that it’s important to have the overall situation clear, but people are supposed to read this after the Shadow and Bone trilogy and the Six of Crows duology, and after those books you are already familiar with what is explained in at least 150 of these 207 pages I have read. Hope something new happens soon because up to now it just feels like a very long summary.

“The party will take place six weeks from now. We’ll call it… the Festival of Autumn Nonsense or something like that. Celebrate the equinox, gifts of harvest, very symbolic.”
