What kind of monster sleeps with the mother then the daughter?

Frieda is so complicated. I do not know whether to love her or hate her. The girl’s foolishly in love with a stranger, willing to sacrifice her security is both endearing and maddening. I cannot fault her, as much as i wanted to for her rash behaviors, because i could understand getting rid of the false pretense of security for actual bliss, no matter how fleeting it might be
