I think the movie is pretty much perfect as is, but I hope any remake in the future includes the scene of Bateman locking eyes with Bono, and Bono sending a message saying he's just as much of a sick freak as Patrick.

Patrick Bateman runs into Tom Cruise and has an awkward conversation where he can't remember the name of Cocktail. Perfect.
