Praying this works. I’m about to be 41 in 2 weeks and I have been smoking cigarettes since I was 15 (gross I know) I switched to vape about 8 years ago and I just simply don’t want to do it anymore. I’m tired of spending my money on the habit and I want to do this for me and my daughters. I plan to read a chapter or 2 a day and hopefully by the end of this book I will be vape & nicotine free.
