Ok i've been a hater but i like this passage:
"I pretended everything would be okay because it seemed impossible to always be saying goodbye. To blueberries. To the ocean. To ravens. To pelicans and plovers. To the cormorants. To the sunlight on the living room wall at 4 o'clock. To the sound of you in the next room.

I say to the crow, 'say something.'
The crow says, 'Zipper. Toast. Glass.'
It sounds like love.

Ok no i cant do it im stopping here for today and hopefully i pick it back up before the end of the year. It's nonsensical/fever dream and i guess that's the point? I think i might not be in the right mindset to read this, rn its feeling too tryhard to be enlightening and deep but also not making sense
