I'm reading this, and I don't understand all the impersonal language. "The man," "the woman," "the retired teacher. The same person is sometimes referred to as their name, their gender or their job, but I can't work out if there is a particular reason for this. I want to find out who killed Dafydd, but I can't say that I particularly like Nesta and I'm not sure I even like the writing style.
