i have too many things to say about this book
all i'll say for now is that i could never be maurice bc if my crush tried to confess by saying "i knew you read the symposium" i would immediately fold
also may this type of love find me because wdym you guys write long letters to each other in the vacation and you fold them and carry them around everywhere in your clothes or pjs LIKE WHAT thats so cute

i can't believe this book almost wasn't published??!?? how can forster manage to do more in 18 pages than some others do in 200???!?! i literally have to stop and analyse every six pages of this book bc oh my god it's so rich and i cannot describe this
