im honestly so willing to buy into the whole "phones are the biggest problem of childhood these days" thing but so far Haidt is just citing correlational data with shaky grounds (biased organizations, also literally just his own non peer-reviewed substack ??) and presenting it as causal. also social psychologists need to stop cosplaying as clinical psychologists
