I’d very much like to know why the author spent 5 of 7 pages describing sitting positions (in DETAILS: from legs to arms and hands) while at the doctors office. I think it would be enough to just have kept about the first paragraph and then deleted the 4 and a half pages worth of details.

Not sure if it’s the time this book was written or just the author himself but come one… lay off with the unnecessary nonsense. So far I feel as if the book would (happily) go from about 190 pages to 90 if he had cut out all the details and annoying descriptions.
