Halfway through You Like It Darker, and I’m loving the ride. The short stories pull me right in—King always manages to hook me with his characters and eerie twists. Not sure it’s his best collection so far, but his storytelling still feels unmatched. Can’t wait to see where the rest of the book goes!

Halfway through It Darker and I’m completely hooked. King masterfully blends dread with intrigue—every chapter feels like a descent into something deeper and more unsettling. The characters are vivid, their fears almost contagious. It’s hard to put this book down; the suspense keeps tightening its grip. A dark, addictive read that lingers long after you close it

So glad you are having a good ride with this collection, Walter! I really enjoyed the way in which many of the stories are distinctly "different" from the "Classic King" of earlier collections 🧚♀️🙋🏼.
