Nancy Ovchinnikov This sounds very relevant! What do you think so far?

Katelyn Nancy, hi! it has taken me a while to get through, especially on Audible ( I can't read right now because I'm recovering from brain surgery). But overall, I think it is definitely worth the read because it has a really good pulse on our culture of rush and how that negatively affects women's health. It also gives information about hormone health and stress in general and how stress negatively affects women's hormones. Not everything I agree with, but I've gotten some worthwhile information that I think is making it worth the read for me! Definitley not one I could have read in ome sitting though! ;)
