I knew I would love it but also- I didn’t really know- but as I read and soak up the pages, there is a shift happening. I don’t think I can emphasize enough how this book encourages a slower, real-er, more grounded approach to life- it’s definitely not just a cookbook-it’s far more. Between the lines as you read, it is a book that teaches you how to live.
