"My current stance is that people in disadvantaged groups should not be asked to change themselves or be exposed to harm simply so that society does not have to change. Institutions are, due to their size and resources, vastly more able to change, for example to become less hostile to people with disabilities, than a disabled person is to become less disabled." (96)
