Why is it that Elizabeth refers to her mother as Mrs Bennet instead of mother? Or her father as Mr Bennet? Or the Gardiners as Mr or Mrs Gardiner instead of uncle or aunt? I'm getting annoyed by it!!

Seriously!! Here is another place, in another story, where Mr Bennet allows Elizabeth to do as she wishes, which has compromised her, without demanding her to marry Mr D!!! So a compromise of someone else demands a marriage but not Elizabeth?!?!?!
