very good but difficult to fully grasp and his talk of temperatures and phlegms contradict TCM somewhat but overall very wise stuff in here. i know the general but not enough to explain it to someone. basically this is robert burtons anatomy of melancholy 140 years earlier. really surprised they didnt put fucino on the bbq. he musta had dirt on somebody or was needed. doesnt make sense.

alot of this stuff is really cool what time to study how the planets and the sun have their optimal time very interesting, how overeating, bad schedule will affect studies, writing. i wouldnt take it for gospel though were all different animals. bukowski and samuel johnson never got out of bed before noon. ernie wrote early in morning so he could get done and start drinking. different animals.
