I suppose a 'general update' is the way to say that I am not keeping up with logging on Goodreads as much as I once did, but some reading is happening. Interested in how much of Franzen's Corrections is just kind of disgusting; how much of Pynchon I might have to read to appreciate his influence on DFW (recommendations? that aren't the rocket one, unless you feel really strongly that I give it another chance); and -
