This has been a great ready. Really helped me get back into reading and away from doomscrolling.

I need a break from Sanderson and grimdark for a bit. I think exposure to new worlds, writing styles and cultures will help me grow as a writer and deepen my empathy for others in new ways.

I’m also still disgusted by Promise of Blood. It’s rare that I find myself hating a book (and I’m not one to use the word hate lightly).

I think this read and Divine Rivals will help me release this anger I have lol.
