I didn’t actually love this sex scene. The tension between Fizzy and Connor is wonderful. But I didn’t like the hunger/eating and the space metaphoric language. Also, it felt intense in a way I didn’t relate to. Well written tho!

Side note: I love that the authors are being meta and writing a character is who is a romance author! Also, I love that they are being intentional with portraying marriage as not the perfect epitome of love.

We’ve met Connor! I love this narrative style of different chapters switching between first person POVs of the protagonists. I also love the single dad and coparenting! They have a really great system!
