I am not surprised by any of this - America's pharma industry has been driven solely by profits for a very long time. But, even though I'm not surprised, it's still sad to hear about how much of our system is corrupted. Clinical trials are important and it is up to these companies to be transparent and to be held accountable for their actions. The book does a good job of giving examples.
