This is my least favorite book I’ve read in quite a while *so far*. The WHOLE thing this far has been just a woman a two small children being physically abused by the father. The neighbor lady and a delivery man are suspicious something is wrong at that house but are justifying not taking action. At almost 80% and nothing else has happened, this better have a good ending.
