trying my luck with this novel again after four years since i really missed reading some hardy. it took me a few days to get through the first chapters as the language is not the easiest (let’s say i’m not exactly an expert in old english farming terms) and there wasn’t yet much of a plot, but i can tell i’m already getting intrigued!

i love how this is no plot just pure shepherd/farmer drama
