other reviews may date this book, unknowingly having the gains of the civil rights movement in the backs of their heads. not only are many of the authors in this text critical of the nonviolence characteristic of the civil rights movement and the appointed leaders thereof, but also testify to the post-Civil Rights malaise that is so endemic of our current moment now, rather this be known as Black Power or BLM.
