dragging it out for over a year, A YEAR of God avoiding talking to Day about setting a date. All because he doesn't want to spend $ on a wedding. This is something that should have been easy to talk to Day about right after saying yes. Instead, he would rather hurt Day then talk to him about it.

Really liking this story so far. I'm at chapter 18. But I'm rolling my eyes at God's refusal to talk to Day about not wanting a wedding. He cannot be so clueless that he's hurting Day by avoiding it. If you can't talk to the person you're about to marry about something so dumb as not wanting a wedding, then you have no business getting married, let alone being in a relationship with them. I like this storyline but
