A marvelous story of love. Tolkien's description of Lúthien transfers the awe experienced by all who see her or hear her song to the reader. Beren and Huan are inspiring characters in their honor and great deeds which lead them to be revered by all, be they bird, beast, or person. Truly a lovely tale full of beauty and great descriptions of intense battle and power.
