Im slowly making progress.


This book is hard to read as it emphasizes a lot of my fears.

I still try to think that maybe I dreamt it or made it up in my head to be able to throw a pity party for myself and get others to feel bad for me. However, reading this book provides me with confirmation. The issue is having to process the emotions that brings out of me, admitting it to myself, and working to heal past it
