I like the writing and the premise behind the book but I get very uncomfortable with the dynamics. Sometimes it’s normal communication and then it gives an uncomfortable weird child like vibe which makes me want to DNF.

I really feel like there isn’t a need for such a huge age gap especially when she is emotionally stunted which makes her seem even younger. Several gag worthy moments throughout the book.
