I know Hollywood takes creative liberties with book to screen adaptations, but so far, I'm preferring the movie version over this. Everyone is literally AWFUL, and I find that I don't really care about anyone. Thomas also comes of as really weak and whiny. Had I read this as a teen before the films came out, I don't think I would have liked this book. I'm only reading so we can finally get into the maze.
