This whole year has been hit and miss but I'd hit a kind of nice groove. Not anymore! I know we still have several months left but let's go ahead and toss some hopeful energy out there for next year being better.

Idk what it is but I too am in the worst slump. I’ve tried rereading all of my favorites and even those aren’t helping 😭

The 2025 summer slump is BRUTAL and no one is getting spared😭 I JUST finished The Things We Water last night - it took me two months!! I think I may be picking the wrong reads, idk. I feel like I just need one amazing book to turn things around. Fingers crossed the slump ends soon because I need my hot girl reading summer😂

In fairness to you, it was The Things We Water 😭😅. I've also been wondering if I'm choosing the wrong books. Esp when I feel like I'd force it.
