Ok, I wasn’t expecting him to be right about the sister’s beau.

I’ve read this author before and the book was really good so I’m very surprised at how amateurish the writing is here. Maybe this is one of her earlier efforts? Characters are behaving as if they don’t know the rules of society, even those who should.

This woman has no manners. Criticizing her hostess to her own son! 😱
