Howl is such a beautiful poem, full of such vibrant imagery, dark and mysterious, but all over a beautiful read. There's no doubt at all that Ginsberg is one of the most talented poets of the 20th century, and probably one of the greatest poets there has ever been.

Transcription of Organ Music: Ginsberg hits it out of the park once more. A truly stunning piece, one that took my breath quite away. Truly beautiful illustrations float through the reader's mind at his descriptions, so simple, yet so true to life. At first glance, the poem seems like a small, simple kitchen, but upon reading, the parallels to true life scream out; cracked, broken. A truly beautiful read.

A Supermarket in California: An adventurous poem, written about a topic one wouldn't usually associate with a poem. Ginsberg describes within a mere page (two pages, within the book itself) of a story of a man, with no revealed backstory. Why is this man stalking the supermarket shelves, why is he here, why is Ginsberg there? A beautiful piece, surrounded with imagery and imagination.
