I have not been finding this book super helpful. It has good little bits and pieces which are useful but a lot is really basic to me with a LOT of fluff in between. I wish it was simplified, more cohesive etc.

This chapter was a lot of words that didn’t add much to the concept for me.
I liked the- using jealousy to see the gaps I. Your life and work on improving them, you can achieve it through hard work and effort.
But I’d leave the rest really.
This book has A LOT of filler and for that had not been my favourite ms. There are little snippets I find useful but could be Kaye’s out in a much more concise way.

Quick chapter tonight. Didn’t find it too useful as it was just touching on a concept. Hopefully it will get better as it expands but I am finding a lot of filler in this book. There are some good concepts but it’s flooded with other junk in my eyes. A lot of us should have been taken out and refined.

I actually enjoyed this chapter and found it useful. There was some information about emotional regulation I found useful. And that you need to do what is right for yourself even if it hurts others. It was one of the more useful chapters.
I am finding a lot of unnecessary filler in between the useful parts of this book though.

Expanding on the concept. It is a good one in stress management and taking action where you can. Letting go of what you can’t.
The information is more useful currently and less about the author which is appreciated.
I have been applying this to aspects of my life and finding it useful.
