So I’ve covered minutes 1-3 and practiced them individually and then putting them all together. Considering how annoyed and frustrated I was prior to combining them all together, having done them I feel much calmer and grounded. The annoyance and frustration have been accepted and allowed to continue their flow through and out of me. I’m looking forward to building on the rest of the steps.

So far so good 👍🏼
I’m not sure if Owen did this before his addicted to anxiety book, as there seems to be some, albeit, slight contradictions to what he states in there but nothing wildly different as of yet. I like his style of writing, it’s almost conversational and as if he’s talking to me directly. Which for me makes it easier to take onboard what he’s saying.

Just finished the introduction so too early to say. Have read one of Owen’s books so far, Addicted to Anxiety, and I found that really good and insightful and has actually helped me understand both my anxiety and myself a lot better. I’ve been using the strategies from that book and myself and those close to me have noticed a difference. So I’m hoping to build on that with Ten to Zen!
