My NSF group read that in their book club a while back! I’ve heard good things, but from people who were already very ideological - I’m glad it’s actually good!

I’m halfway through and am deeply moved by her writing and ideas. It’s certainly more palatable to a left of center view point, but I’ve found her understanding of what it means to be human and live in peace with the land around us similar to St. Francis’s “Canticle of the Sun” and a general, Franciscan approach to both people and plants
