I am enjoying Ketchum's intense novella "Old Flames". I was checking out reviews on Old Flames and learned that it contains a second novella
"Right to Life"! I couldn't believe my luck. This is shaping up to be an excellent dark thriller, an addictive storyline, and well written plausible characters. The main character of Dora is a fascinating character study.

I finished Old Flames, which was quite good. It fell into a dark psychological thriller category. In essence, it was the story of an oddly somewhat sympathetic sociopath and the men who crossed paths with her. It was a stark look at what a lack of empathy can allow a woman to do. I would rate it 4 Stars.. I am well into the infamous "Right to Life", one of Ketchum's more disturbing works. I really like it.
