I can’t finish this book. Book one was barely there for me and everything just came apart in this continuation of the story. The way Claire is written makes me want to smack her so many times. She’s so frustratingly stupid on so many ways. She doesn’t come across as strong and independent at all. She’s annoying as all get out and scenes are so inconsistent in the writing I just had to DNF and move on.
