It would have been in May's best interest to clearly define what "Wintering" is and isn't for the purposes of this book. I am seeing far too many negative reviews, because people are misunderstanding the concept of "Wintering." The act of Wintering is not "being depressed" or "being emotionally frozen" or "spending time reflecting outside in the cold". ran out of characters here but will add more to my final review.
