The more I read of this book the more I enjoy it idk what R. F. Kuang puts in her books but I love the writing style and atmosphere she builds.

The opening of this book so far is so interesting the world building and discussion on colonialism and assimilation into culture and erasing of cultures to better fit in. Let’s just say this book is setting up something so engaging and interesting.
