ch 12 reimagine your future started with advice I've heard in other self help books but i do not agree with the methods haha. letting go? sounds like being forced to reimagine a failed life or something. i think continuing to pursue your ideal future and do your best to achieve that. ends with BELIEVE ME. ummm sure lol

I’m determined to finish this book cause it’s easy to read but the info from the writer is hypocritical. Some things are coping skills u get from any self help book but some of her anecdotes are just like 👁️👄👁️
Also I looked up her controversy

Ch 7 was awful lol. She brings up her brother’s suicide and criticizes how her parents have a mental breakdown or handle the grief of losing a child lol. And then ch 8 also meh like the show must go on? 😂 it’s such a shallow view of coping but I get it- very surface level advice for these 2 chapters

Ch 6 face fear in times of grief?? Chapter didn’t make much sense to me. Courage for what ? To accept moving forward ? 😂 I guess it’s in the middle for reason cause it’s whack lmao 🤣

Finished chapter 5 about mindset. Overall author tries to encourage and be positive . Some things I agree some I’m like hmm ok

Finished ch 3 and it kinda felt iffy
