god the sudden obsession with having a baby during the last third of this book is WEIRD 🤢 you can be a family without producing spawn btw, not sure why that's a hard concept to grasp in 2025 yet here we are!

Let me tell you what, if my groomsmen skipped my wedding just to sit in a room and wait for a woman to give birth (and not help in any way) I would be pissed. Like! Y'all are just sitting around getting drunk!! The baby took most of the day to get there ANY WAY!
