I actually like it! I don’t understand why people are getting upset over a logo change…it’s not that important 😭

i don’t mind it. i’m just disappointed they didnt add an actually useful update, such as the messaging system or the ability to add half star ratings.

It’s not so much the old logo as so much what they didn’t add

why does it look like a creepy gremlin (the g)...like the circle is the eye...the lil dent in the middle is the nose and the bottom curve the mouth???

I like it! I am new here, but I think it’s aesthetically pleasing. But I get the annoyance. I don’t think they’re necessarily mad at what the logo looks like, but why on earth GR hasn’t made any USEFUL updates.

@julia ooohhh that makes more sense! I saw an update someone posted a few days ago that people were just fuming about the logo..I didn’t hear about the other things. Yes, Goodreads needs other updates 😭
