i found the part where she wakes up the next morning after the party with sarah disturbingly realistic and accurate to how it feels to be embarrassed by your efforts to be a normal person the night before when you have the guts to and realizing how utterly you failed to do so
it’s the refusal to dwell on it but it is always in the back of your mind
