I am so thankful that I am listening to the author read this as an audiobook!! While the information is wonderfully put together, it is so helpful to have him narrate the Chinese words/phrases, as well as facilitate each meditation. To be perfectly blunt, while I am very interested in the subject matter, this book would likely be quite boring to read. It is, conversely, fascinating to listen to.
