Why do I always fall behind in writing my reviews and then bitch that I fell behind in writing my reviews?

I'm the same exact way. I usually free hand my review, but when I read multiple arcs in succession I usually forget what I want to say. I just churned out 13 reviews over two days. It was hard.
I think I'm sitting on 25+ books I need to write reviews for. I'm not looking forward to the coming days. I mean, who has the time to write reviews when there are books to be read? ;)
