Honestly that somehow came out of nowehre. Don't really feel as though Johnson manages to convey the scope and impact of Larrys illness all too well. Also I'm sorry and this is mean to say but the deep love that the author talks about just never really translated for me. Through Johnsons eyes the picture painted of Larry seems almost burdensome and as a means to an end for some good moral points

In terms of writing and structure this isn't entirely my favorite but obviously the story is very touching.
