oh so apparently it’s supposed to be a ‘surprise’ that zavier isn’t the love interest? don’t make me laugh. this author hasn’t even tried to avoid shoving it down my throat that the guardian is ~so sexy and sassy and badass~ look how they banter ! BLARG this book is good until the guardian shows up because it’s SO FORCED. I DO NOT BELIEVE THIS WOMAN IS ATTRACTED TO HIM. HE IS GROSS.

I think it’s so funny the author keeps ‘trying’ to convince me something else when like it’s so obvious. like no, I see that, I’m not blind what are you yabbering about in my ear? and then like 100 pages later she pulls the SURPRISE and I’m like no, that was very obvious, you were the one trying to tell me it wasn’t obvious. It was. Is this the plot twists people were talking about?

I don’t know what to do because I really like Zavier and the Guardian is just annoying and gross. blah boo, why can’t the author tell Zavier and her obviously have more chemistry even with the man saying he isn’t attracted to her. that’s how meh the guardian is.
