This is really dragging, but my GR friend Inciminci's review tells me the boring "team building" backstory and interpersonal bla bla will be over at about page 300. Think I might skim until the bodies start piling up...

Well, it DID get much better at the end, but still remained far too flimsy and superficial to satisfy. Total 2 star meh. "Blood Ferry" was so much better!

Really loved Strandberg's "Blood Ferry" horror thriller, so grabbed this one from the LFL when it appeared.

So far, all of my expectations have been met. A fantastically drawn rural setting/conflict and already a high body count. What else can you ask for in a horror thriller??? (Well maybe 👻)

Ist sie! Und das Cover ist fast das gleiche wie Sanatorium, oder? Nur in schwarz-rot.
